Who is Skrillex? I'm in the same boat as Distant Nebulus, not heard the music but by the sounds of it, maybe it is nothing too great.
Dubstep influenced music isn't bad per se, heard some stuff on Planet Mu which was good and could be classed as that but, yeah, 'Dubstep BOC' sounds like an oxymoron, completely different styles and the rumour is clearly just that.
