Any more like Pete Standing Alone would make my year. Decade. I'd cream myself. That's one of my faves - percussion worship without sacrificing melody and texture. Most percussion-centric IDM is really hit and miss with me, but if you consider it included in that group, Pete Standing Alone is the bestest.

That would be very interesting to see them go from calm of TCH to the most energetic record they've ever done!
Hmm, that's a good idea actually.

Same, so I'm not sure I like the idea, but yet, I like most of BoC's percussion heavy things, so, hmm.

sorry new here... possible new album this year? i do rather like the idea of a harder album especially with the drums and bass. however I don't want to see them go in more of a dancy direction.

HEY... sorry... I'm lazy and I don't want to read this whole thread. So apologies if this has already been raised but...

The Mp3 I have of the WHy? remix is edited. Is that how it always was? Is everyone's that way?

If so, I wonder if that was BoC's choice...

edit: the one on pitchfork is not edited. i wonder where this came from...

Weird..I extracted my MP3 from the Pitchfork stream, so I assume its pure goodness. How so is it edited?

The Why? EP has "dirty" and "clean" versions of all the songs with cuss words. So you just have the edited version.

I've got the European version of the EP on vinyl and it's only got the uncensored BoC remix on there. I was under the impression that the US version of the EP didn't include the BoC remix, unless somebody knows different?

Sorry for dredging up this old thread again, but I have a question.

so, Brookmede Hill is a fake and it's by Wisp. What Wisp track is it? I want that song. I don't care if it's not by BoC, it's as good as their stuff in my book.
