So, to summarise then, we're agreed. The verdict is:"It's wank-pie"

I would summarize it as "egg salad stinky".

That track is out of this world!!! One of my alltime favourite tracks by any band...that track is like a cure for this mess...thanks for bringing up something lovley!!! I just wan't to forget about solanges stained work on Slow This Bird Down, its actually almost giving me nightmares, I have to forget somehow how she molested the track...
Is money everything these days!? This has to be very nice for BOC tho (some nice money maybe 5000-7000 grand for the use of the instrumental)...I mean one of them is parents and all...so I guess this is what they have to do to survive, I bet they will get some new fans of this aswell so that is not a bad thing for them.

This is the kind of talk that makes me cease to feel sympathy when people label BoC fans all kinds of negative things.

As the track finished loading on my iPod I had a peristaltic bowel movement onset, cosmically fitting large stinky dump accompanied my virgin audience.

I don't really dislike it, but I don't see the point. The track is played as a whole in the background, offering no interaction with her singing whatsoever...

i'd just like to re-state that this track is utter shite and disappointed me

I cant believe anyone had good expectations for this. I don't have any interest in hearing it, I knew it would be crap when i read "salonge" or whatever her name is. Its beyonces sister for christs sake.

I think she's great - Crazy In Love is one of the best pop songs in years, and some of Destiny's Child's stuff sounds incredible; not many bands could get seriously strange music to make it into the mainstream (seriously, give 'em a listen, imagine the vocals taken off and the tunes a bonkers).
I can't be doing with anti-pop snobbery.
EDIT: 600th post, woo!
Another EDIT: 600th post, and I spent it saying how ace I think Beyonce and Destiny's Child are.. who'd a thunk it...

I'm not anti-pop, i just don't think those artists have the same creativity and that they don't know how to interpret or listen to lesser-known more ambiguous music without fudging it up.

she should be burned at the steak, with all the her gucci & chanel paraphernalia chucked in for good measure. mike and marcus could sample her screams and do a remix of her remix and call it 'hang, draw, quarter and burn this bird' actually, destiny's child could be thrown in too, except beyonce. she can sit afoot my throne and be my wench.
