Lovely. One of my favourite guitar riffs of all time. Scary news about the bass player Chi though (seriously ill in hospital after a car crash in case you missed it). Thoughts and prayers, etc...
Off to see Sigur Ros live tonight. First saw them around 2000/2001 so it's been a while..

Was talking to their photographer and blagged a setlist. They were mind blowing by the way, in case you needed to ask.

Listening to Labradford's Similar Artists Radio on last.fm, while wearing a shirt with the Mogwai Young Team logo on it.
Could I be any more post-rock right now?

Good stuff - I'm off to see them in London next week, courtesy of Mrs A_Northern_Soul - can't wait.
now playing - Spiritualized; "Any way that you want me" - it's helping with the hangover....

Enjoy fella. Support from For A Minor Reflection was quite nice too. Icelandic post-rock/Mogwai thing going on. Worth catching.

If you haven't heard this album, you must. It was created on the spot. Total improvisation before a crowd of people in Koln, Germany. One of the best selling, if not the best selling jazz album of all time.
