Although that email definitely is good, I'm not jumping for joy and jizzing in my pants just yet. I will be when an announcement, album art, or anything of that nature comes about.

In this case, I would interpret the word 'soon' to mean sometime within the next 5 months. I think it would be dumb to say 'soon' if there was no announcement coming by the end of the year. I appreciate your posting this e-mail. Although I didn't flip my lid when I read it, it was still interesting nevertheless. I would hesitate to call it 'meaningless' even if it was just the same old 'be patient' and 'soon' shit that we've been hearing for years. He didn't have to write to back at all.
