Keep in mind, when I first learned/heard of BoC, I lived in a town that was completely disconnected from modern society. The chances of finding them in local record stores was slim to none, but for some reason they had the entire Osmond's discography available. Now that I'm back home and in an actual CITY, I'm in the process of ordering their albums from my local record store.

It's strange because before the whole mp3 revolution took over, I always considered the packaging and artwork as one-half of the experience. Strange how quickly convenience changes things.

im in an almost indentical situation!! i still consider the packaging a fair amount of the experience. i love the artwork, but once i discovered the now defunct albumbase.com i have becoming a pirate and i am ashamed but im a naughty boy i guess

Score one for me... Add the Peel Session to my collection. Never heard it before, 'tis great!

I think I only miss hiscores, but I can't get it at any normal webshops/record stores.

I did this like 2 years ago. Except the guy never sent the album and vanished off the face of the earth. Fck buying from discogs. Not the only time this has happened to me there. As much as I hate to say it, ebay and amazon are so much easier to work with provided you are patient. Amazon has multiple hi scores listed right now actually, I just looked.

I bought from a deadbeat once too. I corrected the situation by posting on the Discogs forum "do not buy from this guy" etc. He then sent my order within a week plus some additional stuff on CD-R.

amazon/ebay IS the way to go, i even saw a 2000 copy of an original twoism vinyl from a trusted seller. its actually still on amazon http://www.amazon.com/Twoism-Boards-Can ... 397&sr=8-6

Used ones for 15 bucks give or take. Ask seller about the condition if you are unsure.

Added a Campfire Headphase Poster to my collection recently and a BoC window sticker too.
(working on getting some nicer frames for the posters too, anyone spot my Cat Monty's leg?)
