my thoughts exactly.. loved it from the very first listen (the ending with the percussion is a nice touch)
Agreed re the percussion at the end - as nice surprise.
i love the way the snare morphs off into a fading delay. sounds like a boomerang or a genie vanishing into a sandy horizon.

To be honest with all y'all, I'm not really anticipating anything new from them. They may well have had it for good. Sorry if I've said this before.

Come on Cole!
Wasn't the Sexual Object something new by them as well?
The thing with record labels is quite the same everywhere. Once the stuff is ready it'll take months and multiple delays to get the final product out.
We (the BoC fans) bring this down upon ourselves. We eagerly want to know when the next one is coming while we know that no Warp band announce their stuff months before the actually release date. An insider tries to ease us by giving an estimated release date. And when he's a bit off we try to come up with all kind of reasons why it still isn't up and that the source is false...

Just noticed that Myspace has them back in the UK. No doubt to finish off the new album and finalise the artwork for the boxed set! They are NOT however back home to spend Christmas with their family and friends as this would be very very selfish and unreasonable

Well it DOES say "Hexagon Sun, United Kingdom". What? This is Twoism, I'm gonna damn well speculate.
Actually, I'm friggin jealous of them - if thy have any sense they will be enjoying Hogmanay in Edinburgh. Legendary...
