Recorded this live at 4am today using machines. No overdubs. It's called "All-Encompassing Evil".

My first live set is in about 1 month. I have the fear.

I love the initial arp and bassline together. It's nicely unsettling.

New song and vid for IS0, which is currently being recorded and mixed.
I know I've used this beat loop a million times. But fuck it. I like it.

Mightily impressed that you got all those sounds from the humble MS-20. Serious sound design chops there.

I really appreciate that. There's obviously a lot effects at work there as well, but mostly it's just a lot of layering. I was thinking of Todd Terje's 'it's the arps,' and wanted to challenge myself to do something similar. Dial in all the percussion sounds and so forth. There's a lot of really talented people on this board so it's nice to hear a compliment.

I'm taking a break from music production, and the internet.

Peace and love to all,

Came up with this using Analog RYTM plus MS20 Mini run through some guitar efx pedals for the drones. With some Diva for the pads.

Here's a track I wrote, recorded, and mastered in about two and a half hours yesterday evening:

I'm finally starting to realize the potentiality of Garage Band.

Not my own music, but a band I recorded and produced a couple of weeks ago. I'm really proud of this, and the video they made is great.

You may also notice I put a little BoC reference at the start with the TV logo-type sound. Couldn't resist. It fit with the theme.

As life permits, i continue to pull from the emotions and feelings that i derive from it. just finished this song that has given me the output for everything that has entered and exited my body the past few weeks.

Mentioned here before that I was dissatisfied with the quasi-Basinski type drone/ambient stuff I'd been producing when trying to work with a close friend as that seems to be the only thing we can effectively put together and it isn't what I wanted to do (wasn't original), but I've since decided that it's better to just do it and eventually get something out there, as we've been trying to work together for like four years now and the productivity that I had working with the likes of Kinesthetiac/Nyetscape/2020k/etc. just isn't coming.

So yeah, whatever. Will probably just produce enough tracks until there's at least 25 minutes of worthwhile material and try to make it somewhat original in its presentation or production at least.
