I think it might actually be a photo of a desert sunset superimposed on a picture of the San Francisco skyline...or rather blended with a photo of SF. I think Tomorrow's Harvest might have more than just 'themes' of the end of civilization. The whole thing so far, the number station stuff, the Hare virus, the vid at the gas station, the new vid, the album title, track titles. It makes me think it might be more of a focused concept album for them.
