yeah i've checked em out, the sound quality of these loops isn't great to be honest...i have no idea whyIanRedpoint wrote:Anyone checked out the infinite loops yet? A few BoC ones on there. One called "Spiro".
i've already recorded the whole thing into my computer at 24bit 96KHz using a Technics 1210 and an Ortofon Arkiv cartridge...Herzog wrote:Do I sense an anticlimax?

yeah it is a bit, but then what incentive would there be for people to actually get the box set?Herzog wrote:Sounds a bit wasteful!oscillik wrote: ...24bit 96KHz...Ortofon Arkiv cartridge...

That's handy. Was thinking of doing something similar with my Michell GyroDec and Rondo Red cartridge but wouldn't get an opportunity until tomorrow.oscillik wrote:i've already recorded the whole thing into my computer at 24bit 96KHz using a Technics 1210 and an Ortofon Arkiv cartridge...

Might be fun to see what the folks on here could do with the loops...
it's certainly not up to par with the NIN Ghosts I-IV Ultimate Box Set, but then again that was considerably more expensive ($300). i do think that the etching on the locked-groove records could've been done betterThe Friendly Stranger wrote:Is anyone else a little disappointed with the general quality of this set? that's just a recording from the websitepolar sky wrote:is this it?
It's from old website, cos it sounds for 2 minutes.polar sky wrote:is this it?
not really, the book is literally just a visual catalogue of everything released up until now. unfortunately it doesn't have a shot of the finished box set in there...it would've been a nice touch to have that included in the book....nice and recursiveMoebius wrote:Is there anything interesting in the book about BoC?
