Are you guys putting your stuff onto tape? Cause I hear hiss in both of your recordings (in a good way).

If you do, it sounds great. I sometimes put my own music onto cassette, and it does magic.

Thanks, i used a plugin called audiothing wires, it sounds really clean without it, its the only plugin i used on that sound

Yes! I record pretty much everything onto 4 track cassette these days (mostly just for the convenience factor), mixed down onto stereo reel to reel and then "archived" onto cassette if i like the track enough to keep for later. No fancy hi-dollar equipment here though, just cheap stuff acquired through the years
