Also I don't see any reason they would use the ASCII system, it's too geeky.
As for the geographic coordinates, I find that unlikely as well, because we wouldn't know how to combine 6 coordinates, when only two would be needed.
I think as someone stated previously it's probably a cipher of some sort.
But the REAL question is, what will the information really tell us?...

This one sounds legitimate. Same sonic flavor as the first record.tomkaa wrote:holy shit... I wonder if that second clip is legit? Where did it come from? A youtube user uploaded it and then deleted it straight away?
It sounds dark as hell, very distorted and it blends together seamlessly, which could suggest it's real because BoC could would have used their magic on the samples. Heavily distorted voices... waily synths... and then sounds which are very reminiscent of number stations, and the voice reading numbers again, which distorts in a similar fashion to the first clip.
Sounds legit to me, but I suppose we need more info.
Here's a link to the second clip if you missed it link

As with the other, won't believe it till I see proof (and I can't see the pulled YT clip till it gets a reup) but it's either coincidence, design, or a troll that that's another number that fits on a phone keypad, if it's real. Not sure what you can get out of it, except "REKORD", maybe.Moebius wrote:What do you think the six digits stand for? This actually makes sense.....I think...?.....doesn't it?BunnyRabbit wrote:If each of the six groups is a six-digit prime then each one could be chosen based on a) their the fact that that they are prime and b) some property that is used to determine the code.
There are a lot of six-digit primes so there's plenty to choose from and of course no way of predicting what will be in the missing groups.
This b) could be something like a decimal place position in pi or something about their relative position to each other.

I was also thinking that the decoded message might be simply a release day in the form 1/7/0/6/1/3
I can't keep up with all these cyrptic messages.ixy wrote:
The annotations changed!
It still shows the same cypher at 4:19
But now it says ONE GOT FAT at 4:20
Check it.
Something to do with EYDIAB?
So it does man, haha. Well spotted.ixy wrote:

I really doubt it's all vinyl, seems it will be all sorts of media, I hope it is, more fun I reckon and more clever on BoC's part. Makes the one record that lucky lad got even rarer too.IronMark wrote:This is genius. Absolute unmitigated genius - I think the clue to the third set of numbers is pretty legit and it also adds a touch of legitimacy to the second video that was taken down.
So, perhaps the six sets of clues aren't going to all be revealed by different vinyls

it has a high quality rip of the vinyl sound and an annotation suggesting it is the 3rd set of numbers.
