Tickets to Scotland are very expensive.

Don't ask me how I know that.

Stuff like this is a great way to drum up hype (especially after they've gone so long without releasing anything)

This is actually quite enjoyable to me

Right on, me too. This is getting me so excited...Only a true BoC fan would really enjoy this! This is seriously the most exciting thing in the world of music that has ever happened. BoC are making it MORE than just music. They're getting us all involved in it, and fucking with our heads in the most beautiful way they could think of because they know us. And they're fucking smart. And all I can do is admire them more for their intelligence.

For some reason, I feel it's not right. I can be wrong like anyone else, of course.

-- Using this system. it's clearly possible to create a perfect hexagon. Why is this one so asymmetrical?
-- BoC is a band with a relatively large fanbase, spread across the globe. I mean, it's not a local indie act. Why would they concentrate coordinates on a very small portion of the Earth?
-- If this whole thing is about a hexagon shape located in the UK, why did they release clues in the US?
-- We all suppose this is a new album announcement. An album launch is never about where?, since it's global. It's always about when?.

My two cents.
If it is related to a location, perhaps a perfect hexagon wouldn't point to anything specific on the map, whereas an asymmetrical one points to very specific places.

i love BoC and I'd love them to release it as soon as possible,

but after all this time I don't think just your average record release w/ pre release single would feel "right" for BoC.

They seem... I dunno, more than that? I don't want to put them above anyone else...

^ yeah, this is slightly more than "ad in the NME, Interview in The Guardian, guest appearance on Jonathan Ross" as promos go.

That said, I'd like to think once the dust has settled there's at least one decent interview.
