I've got a question, which might be kinda dumb.

I don't have a creditcard/PayPal account, so my little brother pre-ordered 2 TH CD's via the Bleep site. Will he receive the cd 2 times, and the digipack with cards 2 times as well? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but this is the first time I pre-ordered something.

Was just thinking there could be several secrets to be revealed even after the album is out and you can get the bonus material after logging to http://cosecha-transmisiones.com/ with new codes. Maybe hints in album artwork or something. Could be fun if these kind of games would continue after the release for some time. 8)

I'm pretty sure that bonus material will find itself on my ipod just as quickly as the vinyl arrives at my doorstep.
Precisely!
All these ingrates carrying on like they're owed something... Chin up chumps, there's more material on the way! Who cares what format it arrives in, & if it's free or for a few dollars.

I'm still really not sure if there is going to be more music, I still think it could just be shop owners interpreting Warp telling them "these cards are for bonus material" as meaning actual additional music, rather than videos and wallpaper, which would also be considered bonus material.

Everyone that is concerned that they preordered from Bleep rather than a local shop, take a deep breath - this card is so that people can get their promised download of the LP (for those that purchased vinyl) and to give people the same experience that we received by ordering from Bleep. Remember how the MP3 of RFTD got pushed to our accounts all at once and there was much rejoicing? The same thing can and will happen with any additional content that they decide to release, and its just a matter of waiting for it because they know who we are, what we ordered and what we're "entitled" to. People who buy in a shop need a card because Warp has no other way to tell that you preordered from an indie store.

I am almost positive you'll get a card like that if you bought the LP from Bleep. If not, I'm sure someone somewhere will part with one of them for cheap if you want to complete your collection of TH schwag - in any case, we'll all have access to any content that card represents, with or without the physical card in hand.

This all comes down to Warp rewarding people that pay list price for the album (Bleep/independent store) rather than from Amazon.

I think you are true.
And if you open the link you can already download the mp3 + the ad + wallpapers (even without a code)
http://cosecha-transmisiones.com/reserva

That is clearly stated on the Warp site:
"access to special Boards of Canada content including an MP3 of "Reach For The Dead", wallpaper designs and the cosecha clue video"

The mp3 from the Cosecha site is not same as the mp3 from the Bleep RFTD single.

Bit different coding and the ID3 tags indicate that it is from the full album release.

Very sensible analysis there, I agree.

If it turns out that everyone who has purchased the album, (either physically or digitally) gets access to digital bonus content, can we make a pact NOT to share it online?

Worthless with the likes of the video leak people being apparent "fans"

Whatever else might be coming aside, all those digital goodies are already free for the taking, preorder or not. If you go to http://cosecha-transmisiones.com/reserva you automatically receive a ZIP file of all the stuff (RFTD MP3, Cosecha Signal One video, wallpapers)

I know, but if it is like a unique one time code or something that makes it harder or (even better) impossible to download without actually owning the album.

The /reserva I take as a promo up for grabs link. Just speculating...

It's nice to think about, but I'm sure someone will upload it to torrent sites as a promo, and who knows where else. "Fans" (using that term lightly in this case) can't even honor their wishes regarding the recording and distribution of a listening party in the middle of a windy desert, much less keeping a nice shiny digital music file under wraps. :(
