Not typos, that's British English spellings.

but not Lisenced, thats a typo right there, theres no 's' in the British at all.
Unauthorised is fine though, thats correct British spelling.

the typesetter got confused with American and British and in turn got them both wrong.
i.e. There is an 's' in the American version, Licensed.

My observations.

That New Clear Dawn website has a bunch of One World Order (Illuminati) symbolism.

The pyramid is the Illuminati Pyramid. The highest level symbolizes the elite, and the rest of the world is down below them.

The Owl of Moloch is an animal involved in Satanic child sacrifice and Satan worship, as well as Illuminati meetings in the bohemian grove.

Yes, I have the special edition of Blurs Think Tank, when you rewind from track 1 and you end up with a hidden track named "Me white noise" with that Parklife guy.

Thinking of "I OVERFLOW MAN" as a quote that would be attributed to a supernatural being or inscribed by some old totem, as well as a sort of statement of intent for TH. A classical view of divinity is that it "pollutes the person in contact with it unless his exposure is regulated by the laws of taboo." another quote: "a certain amount of [divine energy] is life-enhancing, and a little bit more is lethal." I take "I OVERFLOW MAN" also as a vague nod to such taboo; the thing that "overflows man" has its place but is dangerous and unpredictable outside of it. This of course comes with some damning implications- many such things are completely unmarked and as such the world is deeply spiritually polluted. Which goes with the more obvious type of ruin seen in the TH promotional artwork.
