It passed, but the aim was outdoor raves rather than people and they ended up needing a license and being properly evented, policed things or they could come and shut them down, seize gear etc. The scene it was set up to police was kind of tailing off by 94 anyway though, and the newspapers moved on to worrying about something else.Aesthetics wrote: Excuse my ignorance but now 17 years later, with the help of internet which I hadn't at the time, I understand that this bill actually exist...? Edit: and yeah, I know some parties did get busted, but also some fell through because they couldn't bear the cost of organising and doing everything they were supposed to do to be legal. I remember hitchhiking to one and being turned away at the gate
