Even after listening to it with undivided attention, for the life of me I can't remember how Slow This Bird Down goes.

I really think TH is a very similar album, in terms of construction...
Many of the songs on TH are put together the same way...

For me some of the programmed (I guess) percussion sounds in Cold Earth or Split Your Infinities are a bit similar and come in the same way into the overall mix as in Oscar See through Red Eye, Slow this Bird Down or Skyliner - the most electronic tracks on TCH & TCH EP. I like what one of the witnesses on Lake Dolores listening party, PlatrixECV, said about that:

"As to the album I would not call BoC going back to a Geogaddi or MHTRTC style, or a combo of the two. It is definitely a logical progression from TCH although primarily from something like "Oscar See Through Red Eye". They make dense, layered complex stuff now."

TCH it's always been my favourite album I think due to its atmosphere, kind of lost-middle-eighties- endless-summer feel albeit with some sadness tint to it. It has the definitely warm, white-yellow-bluish colour in my mind. And the use of ancient guitars tones was really a great idea.

LOL jk but seriously geogaddi rules but TCH is the best album of all time its not even on the rating scale of 10 stars it is 2 good to even be rated
