So folks are thinking Orphel Binuswade might be a BoC channel and they've just uploaded a couple unreleased tracks in addition to the Houston remix?

Who knows? Probably just some dude having a laugh, but then again, we said that about Atlanta too, and we all know how that turned out, so yeah...

Has that high a resolution of the hell interface face image been seen before? If not, I'd be more inclined to think it's real.

Weird. Can't think of any reason that would happen unintentionally. Seems to be in intervals somewhere between 10 and 11 seconds. It makes sense that it'd be regular intervals if whoever made this just copied and pasted a 10 second clip in whatever they used to make the video, so there may be nothing special about the intervals. Just seems weird that it'd be happening at all since it's unlikely an affect of digital aliasing or whatever all that is.

Those two clips on the Orphel Binuswade channel are intriguing, the one does sound like it has the synth from Semena Mertvykh under it, but:
On Tomorrow's Harvest there's one song that dates back to our very early days
but it could have just been sampled I guess.

Also though, if this is an official page, why would they upload the tape rip of How Will I know and not a better version? Could Oldhat, who uploaded the on soundcloud be connected to the band.

I don't know what to believe.

Where are the twoists analysts with their audio spectrum analysers when they're needed? Although I guess there's no point of comparison for this one.

The picture Orphel Binuswade has for Hell Interface's version of Whitney Houston's song is the same Hell Interface has as avatar for the Hell Interface channel. Orphel's has a highest quality version, though. Where does that picture come from?

If you play a little bit with youtube, you can find this:

https://www.google.com/search?q=mq1.jpg ... 1&imgdii=_

Check the picture out here:
http://i1.ytimg.com/i/Oan4jfRxHWqpPItFc ... g?v=c89eee

It is a higher resolution picture than the one Hell Interface has as thumbnail/avatar. But I think that still, Orphel's version is at a higher resolution.

EDIT: Also, another youtube user has his avatar under the same name: 'mq1.jpg', and has a Boc-quesque avatar and videos of Boc.

Has this picture been seen before?:

The official Hell Interface Youtube channel has a 240 x 240 version of the image.

You can find a 500 x 500 version of the Hell Interface image on their last.fm page. The image there was uploaded on April 24: http://www.last.fm/music/Hell+Interface ... s/88882379

There is also a 400 x 400 version on the soundcloud page: https://soundcloud.com/hellinterface

Ok, so we can assume that Orphel Binuswade just took the picture from last.fm or soundcloud.

Thank you.

That's what I was thinking. I don't think you can get an exact image size of the picture uploaded in the youtube video in question, but to me it doesn't look higher in quality to the soundcloud or last.fm pictures.

Also, I looked closer and both the soundcloud and last.fm images are at 500 x 500 pixels. For some reason the Google image search results page was saying the soundcloud image was only 400 x 400. So they are the same size, but the last.fm version is a bit darker.

But there's the question of where the last.fm image came from. The account that added the image, "bailenantrodach" has been around since 2009, and has no activity besides uploading the hell interface image.

Love those spooky muffled moans in the Whitney Houston track.

Yeah the user reset their account on the same day that they uploaded the image. They also changed the privacy settings so you can't send him/her a message.

I'm pretty sure none of those things (Orphel Binuswade youtube user fakes, Last FM images etc.) are connected to the Whitney remix leak, if that's what it is.

I remember a couple of days ago that the soundcloud user OldHat followed over about 50 users that would be music makers on this forum, but now the user is only following music70 and the BOC soundcloud page. Something is happening. I hope some more old music from the brothers surface.

^ yeah, the original Oldhat is gone, and this one appeared in it's place I think.

Fredd-E has encountered this bailenantrodach account before:
Pollyanna Siren?

While browsing last.fm I discovered this:

http://www.last.fm/music/Boards+of+Cana ... anna+Siren

Apparently it came out in 1998, but a google search only reveals a few MP3 download pages of the song Sandrail. And no, I can't find any other song called Sandrail by any other artist.

Any ideas?
Frederik
Where do you see the 1998 reference? Besides this seems to be nothing more than a fake track. The tags 'sandrail' and 'pollyanna siren' have been given by this user: http://www.last.fm/user/bailenantrodach/library/tags

I found that pic in a Flickr photostream by a blogger named coastkid, who is friends with a Baile Nan Trodach, who posted a comment in the aforelinked blog post:

awesome... maybe like in the davyan cowboy original you could've taken your bike up with you and dropped into the sea, then rode out on the beach, then on for a chippy in North Berwick....
