yay !
so happy this isn't a false alarm.
I work for a composer named John Zorn and he works with Patton a lot and I can tell you his approach to music comes from a place of sheer love and dedication.
And of continuing the relationship with anticon/dose/why?/nosdam world. True originals.
<3 !

Has anyone tried listening to it slowed down by 10%? I did and I feel like I can understand the lyrics better and some of the higher pitched vocals become more normal IMO.

This is fantastic - sounds a lot like William Basinski to me, which is definitely a good thing. Not really picking up on the TH vibe.

Definite shades of Split Your Infinities in there. I'm really loving this one now. The original single is on Spotify, hope this joins it soon.

this is really nice.
It's not really a great song to begin with, so that limits how good it could ever be (unlike "Broken Drum"), but the sounds are lovely, 100% a Tomorrow's Harvest vibe, but that's good, cause I liked TH.
Hope we hear more this year.
(and an instrumental)

I have listened to this song an awful lot already, and it's great.
And it has really gotten me in another Boards binge, I haven't really listened to them alot lately. But I've been cranking boards the entire workday so far. Listened to all the albums already, now going through the EP's.
Weird, why haven't I listened to them lately. Falling in love again.

TH equipment/ methods with a Trans Canada vibe really and some new shit thrown in to the mix. Nice to hear more emphasis on live instruments, too. I hope they don't veer away from nostalgic decayed sounds in the future, though.

Heart definitely skipped a beat.
Dig this hard.
It sounds like Trans Canada Highway / Beautiful Place Out in the Country EP to me.
The sound of this is giving me BoC stomach feelings in a way I haven't had in a long time ... like how I felt discovering them for the first time ... it sounds like they've perfected the vibes they pushed on Tomorrow's Harvest. Worked out the kinks.
The vocals remind me of The Congos.
Hoping, really hoping, that this signifies something (anything) soon but if it doesn't, still psyched for the transmission.

Hated it when i first heard it, really grows on you just like all BoC songs.
There also seems to be a combination of production aesthetics from TH and TCH - which i really like.

Kamika,
yes... that zorn! i am a part of a crew of people who maintain his venue called the Stone in NYC.
These timbres/textures definitely sound to be coming from Tomorrow's Harvest.
The track itself came from doing what the music called for.
