It's surely a track from Hooper Bay Era but in 1994 there was (supposedly) also Play By Numbers (and also Buckie High)....

Does it necessarily need to be a really old tune? It could have been created just before the gig, I mean speaking from experience it's a lot easier to create a new track for live midi purposes than to recreate an old track.

This track could have been made 'gig friendly' ie-not to complicated or too highly detailed or maybe they thought it just went with the rest of the set.. I mean there really is no reason why this tune has to be a tune that was already released in one way or another.

Yes the track timings are similar to Noatak but if you have a tune at a specific tempo and structure and create other tracks with a similar tempo and structure it's inevitable that a lot of tracks are going to end up roughly the same track length.

Motorboating at 'Hooper Bay' would make sense

Well that makes sense. So in reality Noatak is electric star but electric star is related to motor boating which is related to bay's aka Hooper Bay. Where back at square 1
