Saddest: "From One Source All Things Depend"
Just thinking about it can bring me on the verge of tears sometimes, let alone hearing it start up right after "Magic Window". It makes me think of the innocence I used to have, that I can't even really recall, that I won't ever have again, and most likely won't experience vicariously through children of my own. "He could be sitting on the table right now but you can't see him" is such a stinger to me.
"1986 Summer Fire" is a close second.
Happiest: "Corsair"
It's so calming to me that it actually instills a little "bliss" in me. It's always conjured a mental setting of being near a large chasm in a natural setting with a stream at the bottom of it. The weather is foggy and misty and I can't help but feel at peace with my thoughts.

saddest = smokes quantity. this tune instills in me absolute dread every time i hear it, not even sure why. i'm sure most people find it chill. there was a time where i could barely listen to it because it would make me sick. maybe its the aggressive tape warble or the weird somewhat offbeat pattern but i couldn't do it for a long time.
happiest = whitewater. its like every single hangout ive ever had distilled into one song

Saddest - Tears From The Compound Eye. It's like someone you love the most is leaving and you'll never see them again but still you are happy you had them in your life.
Happiest - Poppy Seed (Reprise)

Woah, I feel like Tears gives the most relieving, uplifting sort of ease, but hey that's just my opinon. Also thank you for reminding me that Poppy Seed Reprise is a thing.

I think you are spot on with June 9th, it's a high tech pounding attack.
My suggestion will be A07 from Random 35 Track Tape. A rocking instrumental with Tomorrow Never Knows-esque psychedelic backmasking, and the stereo tricks and phasering throughout the track give it the sense of going
very fast.
I have always thought it could fit into a Play By Numbers described rock pallette.

1969, especially the lighthouse version, might make a restoration like I did with sunshine recorder (along with Spiro).
