If we do go down this road of becoming more strict with speech, then in all fairness every post that mentions anything that has to do with politics, religion, or labeling people we disagree with, should be 100% off limits. Labeling someone a "fascist" has been grossly misused and weaponized over the last decade. Mussolini’s famous definition of fascism: “Everything in the state, nothing outside the state, nothing against the state.” At its core fascism is about centralized state power; the state silencing the individual's voice. It's only been recently that it's been misappropriated to act as a slur against conservatives.

I encourage those to not incite, be respectful, but also be consistent.

Anyway, let’s play a game: express your point of view as strictly and sneakily as possible. Because here’s the thing—the stance of “no transphobia, no anti-gay” is just another form of viewpoint enforcement, only masked by entropy.

Asking people to accept the existence and reality of others is not a 'viewpoint', it is just refraining from being a wanker.

The internet should stay as wild and uncontrolled as possible. Why?
    1.    If people build safe spaces online and ban certain views, how do they react when those same things happen offline?
    2.    Does the internet even correlate with real life?

That's true to a certain extent, as Fascism has a specific meaning (although while not individualist, a central part if it is veneration of an individual leader), however I'd say that the people who the accusation is often levelled against are very rarely conservative either.

In addition to that, if you are here solely to stir up discord, spread falsehoods or misinformation, simp for so-called leaders whose actions are clearly inhumane, and attack others who are different than you, expect to get your fucking ass handed to you. Period.

Now that the poll is over, and we have jointly exercised our right to choose, we are now taking some time to reflect on the direction we want to go.

Behind the scenes, we are having some discussions as a team. We're looking at how we can bring the moderation more in line with the spirit Twoism was built on.

With the recent launch of the Drones group and the feedback gathered through the poll, we're entering the next phase in shaping how the forum is maintained and supported.

The response to the poll was clear, and it's given us valuable insight into how you envision Twoism. Combined with the new group roles now taking form, it's time to adjust and strengthen our team accordingly.

Here's a cent or two from me, and I'm not a moderator or anything so no idea how that works or how time-consuming any of this is, but maybe twoism.org could be a bit stricter about deleting posts that are not on-topic for the thread (unless its in something like the random or drunk threads). We can still allow all the freeze peach and whatever we want as long as its in the correctly labelled thread (and can thus be avoided by those who want to)? Someone posting a video about how annoying millennials are in a thread about how chill goats are can be safely deleted IMHO. Though important such videos might be for our dopamine-starved zeitgeist, they might be better suited in a "post your dumbass youtube propaganda" thread.
