I'm 18. Let's see if there's anyone younger than me on Twoism.

But they're probably older now. I'm wondering if I'm the youngest person who currently posts on Twoism.

Oh, well that answers my question.

Kind of irrelevant, but I just realized that I listened to BoC's studio releases a lot more when I was younger, but now I pretty much exclusively listen to their early demo tapes.

How things have progressed: my appreciation for BoC only grows with time as does my age...

I am 24.25 years old.

When I signed up to Twoism on June 20, 2006 I would have been 14.5 years old.

So that age (30ish) being the "sun setting age" was much more common in history during the dark ages, which was long past biblical times. For most of the time throughout the biblical period people pretty much lived just as long as we do today. - 747Historian

'Cause knowledge is power! :D

So I'll be 30 this year. Yup... the big three oh. Just little ol' 747Music triple dippin' life. It definitely feels weird... It's funny that only recently I feel like I've become an adult. Like, within the last few months.

Also: How's it goin there Mexi? Oops... I should be more quiet... I almost woke him from his nap. Hahaha, sorry bud. I couldn't resist. You know I love ya. :D

Funny thing is that I definitely take naps here and there. Why? Because I'm old? No. Because naps are awesome! It just took a bit to figure that out. Old people stereotypical habits are where it's at! Early bird specials, naps, waking up early even when you don't have to be somewhere, classy bath robes, not being a reckless idiot, and the list goes on. They know because they have the experience and wisdom to know. So naps aren't lame, they're damn refreshing! I may seem like I'm just trying to be funny here, but I'm speaking the honest truth here. I'm not 30 yet! Still got a few months left. I'm just glad I figured this stuff out now instead of much later like a lot of people.

Afternoon nsps and farting in public are the surprise joys of being forty-something. No doubt about it.

Fun fact: If you believe what the bible says, adam and noach grew to become about 950 years old which would have been common back before the great flood. It was only after that the lifespan gradually dropped to what it was in medieval times. Mozes, many generations later, was around 120 years old when he died. You could call it evolution, I call it degeneration. Making copies of copies will deteriorate quality. There's some bottleneck when we pass our genes we have to fix before we can start to evolve.

Many other old texts speak of very long lives in ancient people. Notably the Chinese and Greeks.

36.

Happily mid-30s. I have it on good authority that 30s is the best "man decade".

I've just turned 40 this year and even though I'm not sure exactly what 'man decade' means, I can guess and would say that you're probably right. Make the most of it!

45, feeling like I'm going on 55. Just got Health Care for the first time in over 10yrs and found out right away what I could tell, I have rheumatic arthritis in my hands and have decided to stop playing drums for good. I know I have other health issues, got a heart scan done Friday and going in on Monday for blood work. I spent the last 20yrs trying to destroy my body and it looks like I'll spend the rest of it trying to repair/manage the damage. The thing is all the meds have serious side effects, like colon/stomach cancer so I will have to weigh the options... :?
