i had the campfire headphase on in my car a month or so ago. there was a heavy rain storm on my ride home from my friends house. as tears from the compound eye was playing, really vivid lightning flashes could be seen along the horizon. the music and the surrounding environment perfectly mirrored each other.

I listened to Boards of Canada's entire discography during a road trip around Ontario. The Campfire Headphase stood out as the most beautiful album, and Tears From The Compound Eye stood out as the most beautiful track. Of course I timed it so that Trans Canada Highway was playing while I was on the Trans Canada Highway
