^^ I think hysteria was setting in ;)

I've already misread the company "Lens Pimp" (a lens hire firm) as "Lemsip" and when my friend told me he'd bought a flat cap (long story), I wondered why he'd bought a cat flap as he doesn't have a cat.

I'm quite tired.

I'll add my name to the list of super-late-hour types just now

I've always been a night person. I am way more creative/productive at night when I can't sleep. Maybe its the reason I can't sleep. To many ideas, to many things I would rather do.
But then when I have to wake up, I want nothing more then to sleep.

Yes - I'm sort of the same... I don't know if my body clock is working counter to more 'normal' hours. If I really need sleep when I'd rather be awake, it's almost always too much of an internal struggle to go against it.

The other is when I've just managed to rest for a bit, and I still need sleep, but it's gradually approaching an hour when I've decided I MUST get up to catch or do something important: that plays on my mind, and the rest of my sleep is usually filled with fatiguing mini-dreams of fighting to get up on time before I miss it... Usually if I do get up, the dream atmosphere is fuzzy or foggy, my sense of balance is off, and I can't move straight, despite wanting to.

I have the occasional sleep paralysis, as well as, during the initial light stages of sleep, being in what I'd call 'half-dreams' - not very vivid and usually just represent my train of thought - during which a part of my brain seems to fire or does something that makes me panic (either a sudden detachment from dream's surroundings or, in lighter sleep, a vision of a face out of nowhere) jolting me out of the dream.

I basically did today... the problem is "he can't help it" and that's what he does when he tries to sleep. It's really damn frustrating and I literally sat in my bed from one to almost eight and I was so tired I didn't even have the willpower to realize the absurdity of lying in my bed for seven straight hours trying to sleep.

luckily I'm getting the fuck out of this room next semester..

I didn't sleep last night on account of an upset stomach followed by awful puking at like 10 in the am.. sorry for grossness lol. But that's good cuz now I can go to sleep in an hour or so and maybe fix my sleep schedule.
