For starters I have to say that maybe you shouldn't take drugs, maybe you should masturbate less and maybe you'll find that you don't want a girlfriend until you are 18 or over. But I think it's the reasoning behind it that leads me to sympathise with you. You shouldn't not take drugs because of news stories like that (unless of course you suffer from anxiety and it might affect your experience with them anyway). You should avoid them if you have researched them properly, outside of propaganda, looked at the effects and the risks involved and then decide if it is for you. If not, then don't take them. But avoid them on your own terms after having made an informed decision on the matter, not being influenced by biased pressures and scare-mongering.

For the masturbation, there are positives and negatives with it. One negative is that some people who masturbate a lot and who then go into a relationship find it harder to achieve orgasm because the repetitive technique of their own style leads to a pavlovian effect where they only come when being stimulated in a very specific way. They may also find that the female feels looser than when they are masturbating. On the other hand, banning something which is natural outright is as sexually obssessed as doing it far too much. Same as eating disorders with people who eat too much or too little. It's about finding that natural balance in line with your own drive.

As for the no girlfriend before 18 that also seems very restrictive. It seems like your putting all these barriers on yourself rather than actually weighing up everything and considering what feels right to you. As long as you aren't hurting yourself or anybody else, if you are making these decisions based purely on fear or because of outside pressures then they aren't really the best decisions.

Sorry to go into such detail but I think it's important for you to look at things from a clear perspective. You might come to the same conclusions but at least you'll know that they are your own decisions based on logic rather than fear.
