It looks like light being reflected onto the tree outside, maybe from something shiny that's moving around in the wind. Or someone shaking a mirror and reflecting light from the sun onto the tree.
Have a look at 2:49. I imagine that's the source of the light.

I've been trying to see what that is too. This is playing forwards then backwards:

The critical thing to note is that the window glass is broken out. It can't be a reflection on the inside of the window. It's very odd and creepy.

good catch on the broken glass WeHadNormality. definitely rules out the idea of a reflection. i put the clip in final cut and slowed it down to all but a stop. my best guess is at least one bird (maybe a dove or owl) taking off or perhaps even a couple of birds. the frame to frame movement suggests wings back and forth and at one point, an upward take off trajectory. but that clip is superimposed with whatever that is outside the window (looks like flowers or something). regardless of what it is, its definitely ghost-like for me.

I don't think the glass is broken out. It's just dirt or paint or dirt or something around the edge of the window from the look of it. The movement is probably just a mirror reflection or something imo but the longer I look at it the more it looks like a person jumping down off something. Waheyy pareidolia!
yea noticed this thing yesterday, stood out as odd indeed. like ghosts.
maybe just coincidence, sunlight could make those shadows against the tree.
looks like a really fun org to work at!
guessing there has likely been loads of discussion as to what URL is all about (i'm off to scour the forum for that discussion) but the pyramid and owl ... Dr. Eldon Tyrell lives on!

That was my favorite part of the whole video. So creepy.
It looks like they just used mirrors to reflect the sun in a few scenes, I think that's probably what's going on in the window part. Just like "hey doesn't it look cool when we bounce the light around these abandoned rooms like this".
All of old. Nothing else ever. Ever tried. Ever failed. No matter. Try again. Fail again. Fail better.
Hey! Good to see you back! Bet you got a kick out of the codes if you we're around when all this kicked off. Yeah, the avatar brings us back to giddy times of our youth

Defo getting DCD off it as well, but Tangerine Dream Stratosfear mainly - down to the album art as well with the strong landscape perspective and geometric motif. Can't be arsed to upload the cover art. Maybe the Internet pixies will do it as I'm goin to bed happy
I thought of Tangerine Dream as well, with remnants of Geogaddi.
I love that your pic is still your avatar btw

That's exactly how I interpreted it. The window was broken, so whoever lived there before they left probably put it up as a temporary measure, then left before they had the chance to fix it for whatever reason.
Throughout the video there are reflections, that looks a LOT like someone playing with a sheet of reflective Mylar and it would give it that effect, it's a very old 1970's trippy sci-fi effect that was used a lot in things like Space:1999.
There is also a reflection from 1:32 - 1:36 of someone reflecting the sun as if with a mirror, or Mylar again, this was prominent in the cosecha transmission as well.
Then at 2:47 you have again Mylar like reflection onto some kind of masonry and then again the mirror reflection in the cut just after that, definitely again
And at 1:51 on the left side wall you can read what looks like Fiction spray painted on the wall.
There are tons of little details in there, but reflection wise that covers it, it's definitely not the sun shining through or at leaves and things, the reflection shows what you would expect of a reflecting non-uniform surface. I've played with Mylar a lot, and this looks just like what it would create.
