spenner, i'm huge fan of your photographs. i've recently purchased a Canon EF-S 18-200mm lens ideal for everyday photography. what about yourself? a few of your photographs seem to have an almost fisheye feel to them...or is it a wide-angle panoramic lens? either way, the results are extremely unique

i've been experimenting a little with the tones in black and white photography. i'll post a few below...a lot more are on my flickr page!

Love those two, I like the depth of field in that second one. Makes me think of the fact that the pile of wood once belonged in the trees standing in the out of focus background.

Thanks and the 18-200mm lens should be a good companion for your camera, a good flexible range it'll give you. The lenses I own are the 18-55mm kit lens, 50mm f/1.4 (wish I had time to use it more, it's great! Took this shot with it: http://fc08.deviantart.net/fs71/f/2012/ ... 4reela.jpg ), 100mm f/2.8 macro (lots of fun to play with, good for a lot of other things too, seeing as its a 100mm), and the 10-22mm wide angle lens, which is what I use for my panoramas. at 10mm it is almost fisheye like, and then by stitching multiple ones it gives me a unique looking panorama

This is the lens I'm saving for... not sure when I'll be able to afford it :s http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/6 ... 8L_IS.html <-- I had a dream I was taking photos with this lens last night, too o_O I need to start making money with my equipment, I'll take to some real estate agencies maybe. And if I were to make money doing that, I'd invest in a tilt shift lens.

thanks for the info man. will have to try and check out a wide angle lens at some point. spring is slowly arriving here in Wales...such an inspiring season for both photography and music personally...i'll be sure to post some images here. anyways, keep up the good. all the best for now

Found this photo in my Mom's old photo album from when she was a teen. My Aunt snapped this pic of Elvis has he was "Leaving the building" He looks high, haha:
