You will need to get in touch with the record store that supplied you with this vinyl. I'm afraid we can only help those who bought the record at Bleep.
Sorry not to be able to sort this out for you.
Bleep Support
Gutted.
That sucks man, hopefully your store will be able to sort it. Maybe explain you didn't order from Bleep in order to support your local shop, then they may take note.

Might help if you point them to these threads on Twoism and reddit. Not to mention they maybe able to play it and hear it for themselves. Especially if you are only doing a trade. I would suggest, if they have a turntable on site to play it there to check it and make sure the replacement isn't another bungled pressing.

I got the "spare parts" email from Bleep. where do they find these odd expressions? it's not a Lego set! They thanked me for the picture I sent. I guess they are collecting evidence for an insurance claim?

I don't think Bleep gives a damn about it, but I might redirect them to this thread when I answer them.

Nope, but 'Corsair' sounds a bit distorted here. Too bad, that's the only flaw on Geogaddi so far.

fuck, i really don't like how this track sound... yeah there's some distorted sound on corsair, but it's ok
also have some kind of a manufacture blur on diving station, which makes that "clicking" sound also

this is balls, corsair is noisy on mine too. can't believe this. TCH, whats the point? theres probably 100s, 1000s of them the same no matter what they send back. Re-press the whole thing again, we're not accepting these inferior discs.

I'm beginning to think this might be necessary as well.

But again, what can we do?

cancel ep preorders, not buy them, boycott bleep?
still not going to do much

i was thinking of cancelling Twoism and Trans Canada as they were also pressed by the vinyl factory. i notice they have a logo that they no doubt consider "bold" and with the pompous name and their taste for boutique overpriced editions of old albums, there is a strong all style and little substance odour coming from them. they were also responsible for that Burial / Massive Attack record that upset lots of people with its pressing quality given the price. i think Warp took a gamble on them for budget reasons and it didn't pay off.

I dont think you can blame Bleep here, they are just distributing. It's the factory's problem.

I think it maybe a recall is in order and a repressing. I'd be disturbed by this as a business. it's a fairly serious concern on QC

All of twoism should go on hunger strike to protest against bad represses, and
the brothers should do it too

Got this sorted out with my local retailer, he has offered me to get his own original pressing in exchange of my flawed copy...

I guess that's what we call an happy ending.

Thought I'd chime in with my copy. On side A there's a big smudge on track 1, but it doesn't cause any clicks.
(on the left side, sorry about all the dirt...)
And on side D, the entire side has a clicking noise the whole way through.

Get onto Bleep if it's bad. They are willing to replace.
Shame the album seems to have been poorly pressed. The other two are great.

Just got my Campfire Headphase. Surface doesn't look TOO awful, but I'm playing to see if there is any noticeable issue.

2: okay
3: ehh
4: oh.
sending back to amazon
