Vballs, your attendance is obligatory. Local Dorset bylaw states you're legally required to bring Captain Morgan's spiced rum and lose the contents of your pockets across most of the Jurassic coast.
Set you to your task sir.

I talked to a friend of mine about the trip and he warns for the upcoming UK EU exit referendum this June which, if passed, might disable me from entering the country. Just a heads-up, to the other EUers as well. Another reason why not to take on that second mortgage for plane tickets. I might be completely wrong about this, I know fuck-all about politics, let alone british ones.

nonsense, even if there is a vote to leave*, itd take like 10 years of bureaucracy before the actual leaving. the only people who stand to benefit are lawyers, basically.
* unlikely but still possible since, yknow, 50% of people are of below average intelligence, and some of the others are just cunts.

Amen. Especially the bit about intelligence and being female reproductive openings.

It's more that I need a place to stay (and at current it's not planned to be with Cupz like last year) - last meet worked out financially (in England that is) with Redpoint being kind enough to give us both a ride and let me stay at his place. I'm not asking anyone to go that much out of their way like that, but I was waiting to see if that sort of situation would arise again.
If it doesn't and I end up staying in a hostel or something, I'll very gladly take you up on that. Thanks for the offer. I'll let you know when I'm sure I have to book my own room.

Much as I'd love to be able to house some of you, especially our more far-flung travellers, I just don't have the capacity at the moment. If anyone needs assistance finding hostels, campsites, hotels or bed&breakfast etc, please do ask and I'll do my best to assist.
If there is one thing Dorset isn't short of it's accommodation options

For what its worth, I plan to book some accommodation in Worth Matravers from Friday to Monday, there is literally one place still available to rent in the village but it depends on a couple of things. 1) I need the cash to do it (working on it) and 2) I cant book it until two weeks before the day (because they would like to wait to see if someone will book for the whole week and not just a long weekend).
If all things align correctly, Rodheh and Cupz are more than welcome to crash there with me and anyone else struggling with the logistics.
If I can get this place I could also perhaps pick Cupz up from the coach station on Friday evening (Rodheh too depending when you arrive).
I wouldn't bank on it though just yet but the intentions are there haha.

Vballs = Twoism hero. Cupz, Rodney, get on this. Worth is a gorgeous place to stay too by the way.
Edit, my autocorrect changes Rodheh to Rodney. Excellent! I now see Jonse as Rodney from Only Fools and Horses. From now on you shall be known as 'Daaave' in honour. I realise only British Twoismers will get this. I care not. So it shall be written, so it shall be done.

I suppose I'd better get the sleeping bag off the rafter in the loft I hung it over a year ago to aerate and check it hasn't been turned into a giant wasp nest.
