Just wondering, am I seriously the only one who thinks the lead synth in A09 sounds identical to the one in Heard From Telegraph Lines?

Too much time has passed. I don't think there is anything in SxT that has any bearing on LP5. I really don't think there is anything out there that could give us clues either. I would love a roll out similar to TH, but I think they're over the games. I suspect the release will come shortly after the announcement.

That said, aside from LP5, I hope we gain clarity on two things: the Hell Interface black profile and banner pics being replaced on curious dates, and the Pioneer Plaque.

Or "your choice is five" could simply be a public acknowledgement that they are working on LP5. I don't think it's really unreasonable to suppose, and SxT is still the most recent release so to speak.

I do also have my thoughts on the significance and symbolism of the Hell Interface banner and profile image which I may share in the future.

Not sure if this was the audio source from the video but a while back someone found a 5.1 surround sound audio track to the All Tomorrows Parties DVD release. With the help of removing some tracks the song could be extracted from all the other misc sounds in the video.

Original file name "All.Tomorrow's.Parties.2009.DVDRip.x264-HANDJOB.mp4"

About that 5.1 version of ATP.. Where would I find the thread about that? Would love to dig trough the audio tracks myself and googling the handjob link doesnt really help. Will keep digging though.

Someone on SoundCloud uploaded the extracted files and left a now long gone download link for the excerpt mp4 file as well as his attempts at isolation of the audio. Found this on a old drive of mine.

But if you look up on btdig for for the release you should find a torrent megapack from HANDJOB that contains the doc in full. Was the last working torrent I could find yesterday. And if all else fails I just bought a copy off of ebay yesterday since the existing copy is 480p and not 576i and is missing the extra 51 minutes of video. Might make a new thread on it when it arrives.

Let's do that! I don't want to spoil the fun, but I found the mentioned handjob file as an MKV. Extracted the audio and found a 5.1 track. SPOILERS AHEAD!

None of the tracks have a clean version of Echus, though. Seems like they used the same or a similar recording to the one we've also got. The crowd is present throughout the whole thing. Even some bonus woods ambience towards the end. Bummer! Seems like the Mansin cover is the best way to go for now.
