I had a dream where I was performing a ritual to stop demons from destroying the universe, and I needed an Easter Egg for this ritual - but they'd all melted so I went to go and buy another one. I accidentally took a wrong turn and ended up in an airport queue that seemed to lead to the edge of the planet.
At one point, I played bass guitar with a band who'd bassist had disappeared, as well.

Last night, i dreamed something awful happened. i can't, for the life of me, figure out what. there were earthquakes and disasters even though i couldn't see any destruction and chaos in my immediate area.
i remember the first part of my dream starting out before this, i was in my home hanging out with my buddy kevin and in a weird basement i don't actually have, with my parents, who were trying to get housework done. it was very odd, they were moving things around, and we seemed to have some kind of boxing ring or large hot tub down there... anyway, though, i recall driving in huge loops along stretches of highway that were like... huh, if anyone's played Earthbound and seen Magicant, it was like that: pieces of real life, assembled in a different arrangement, such that it's all recognizable, but it's in a weird order. these highway stretches were familiar to me, but they seemed to have been rearranged and dropped in the middle of flat countryside.
later on, i was in some kind of domestic house-like space ship in very low orbit around earth, and that's when i remember the disasters starting to occur. we lost power, and all i can remember is that people all started to die, all around. again, i can't figure out just what the hell was going on, i just remember now that i'm awake that it was like one of those disaster movies i don't ever watch - that's why i don't watch them, things like Cloverfield, you know, because my dreams are always like them, and it's not fun, it's godawful and terrifying. too close to home.
the back of the spaceship bottomed out and we went into a talespin or something - i was the only one left at this point, and somehow i managed to get power back on and jettison some dead bodies. when i got back to earth, i was back in that weird countryside landscape with sparse buildings and highways - it was kind of as if the rapture had happened or something, except it took most of the physical world with it too. anyway, me and my brother and a few survivors i knew from college began living in some kind of abandoned public building together. a few girls i know showed up and we welcomed them. it was a blessedly civilized arrangement, despite that we knew we were some of the last sane human beings around on earth.
i remember their arrival, and just being pleased as punch for them to show up. it was obvious to all of us that we were going to have sex about as soon as nightfall, for some reason. the air was electric - what else was there to do? no one else around, nothing else, may as well get close with another sane, protective human being while they still last. things got a little bit tribal in that regard.
then another girl showed up at the stronghold, that i didn't know - that i've never met. i liked her. she was suburban, but complicated. she seemed to have a playful kind of dark streak, but was good. she seemed to like me. we watched some tv together in a dark room, making fun of some music and bands that came on. it seemed we were hitting things off real well. she seemed to be somehow above what had been going on with everyone dying and the planet going nuts, somehow intrigued by it, which was alright by me, because i had seen enough and didn't want to think about it anymore.
then i woke up.

A strange recurring thing in my dreams is I lean back and slide forward. Leaning back at an impossible angle while staying on my feet, and I just slide forward not having to walk. It's so weird. What's really strange is I try to freak people in my dreams out by doing it.

no offense, but nothing is more boring than hearing people go on trying to describe their dreams...it didnt happen...its as exciting as an old sci-fi movie you might have seen a part of once when you were a child and could never find it again..
but for the record...90 percent of my dreams are with people and places i dont know in real life that are very real life in the dream..and in the dreams i know these people..

dude...thats awesome! Like you wear automated rollerskates or something.
Personally I've been having some crazy Alice-in-wonderland fuck-ups lately.
I grow up filling my entire appartment, or I try to put on my shoes but suddenly they are way to small.
That kind of thing.
And hills...dreams are the most personal things in the world, so it is exually really special if people share them with like-minded friends over the internet...but thats my opinion. If you think its boring than just...skip the thread

well, it finally happened. I had the New BoC Dream.
It came along with images, somehow or another. One I remember was an animated image, from a video taken of a dust devil stirring up bales of hay, filmed from the ground almost straight up. It was crazy.

i had a dream last night in which i pooped my pants. in fact, i was wearing boxers. i forget the circumstances, but i was near my old highschool, then a highway, there was a fence somewhere in there, and lots of jogging, all with a lump of poop in my boxers. it was unsettling because of the physical sensation, that for a brief moment upon waking, i thought i had shit myself.
this is about all i can remember.
to answer your question, no, i didn't shit myself.

I dreamed I had to grab the attention of a huge (and I mean huge) dinosaur and run to a certain spot where it would destroy several buildings. It was all very 1999 video game'ish...think half-life.

When I was a kid, I think not older than 6 years old I had a reappearing dream. I think I dreamed it over 10 times.
It starts like I'm walking on in a sort of evil church dungeon. A few candles are burning. All around me are freaky noises, they sound like sick low pitched and wobbly preast singing. Suddenly the complete floor starts to roll forward. Like an escalator. The dungeon is unbelievably huge, and in the end I see Satan on his throne, speaking in a language I don't know. But somehow I understand that he is calling me. I start to roll towards him on the rolling floor. I start to walk backwards, but the rolling floor has such a high speed that I can't go back.. Satan is huge and I am so frightnend.. Just before Satan can touch me, and complete panic takes over I wake up screaming..
How can a young kid such a myself can come up with some freaky shit like that? Although I'm 26 years old now, I still remember it as I dreamed it yesterday. This dream seemed so real..
The last 2 years every 3 months I dream real sad dreams, like my brother is dying in my arms after I see him runned over by a massive truck, or one of my cats die.. I always wake up crying out loud, and with loud I mean VERY loud. My girlfriend has to calm me down as I am so overwhelmed by sadness and sorrow.. Every 3 or 4 months this happens.. Strange isn't it? Even more because in real life I'm a real down to earth guy, and I can't even remember the last time I weeped..
Great topic guys!
It's so interesting to read all about your dreams. Imo, dreams are one of the most interesting things in life..

Wow. I had a reappearing dream at where I went to hell. I was a little older though.
Except it was like a really good haunted-house. Like the one in amusement parks....only real and frightning.

I dreamed about a twoism artist...only I don't remember which. He made a cd and was selling them on the streets, and he also got one reserved especially for me. It was like 25 bucks, aand I only had 15.
I picked up the cd and it was all sticky of nearly dried paint. The following hours of my dream was spend trying to get the 10 bucks which included fighting my sister with a giant inflatable hand, going to the shopping mall with a woman from a dutch series, riding bikes with broken wheels tied up with strings, etc, etc, etc,
I also had a suitcase with nickels the entire time but was to lazy to count it all.

Yesterday afternoon I dreamt that there was a (birthday) party in my parents house, there were alot of people and also some children, while all the visitors were in the living room downstairs I was in my room and suddenly a bunch of children entered my room in order to play with my toys/marbles/or something. I was lying in bed VERY depressed (this also happens all the time in real life), and suddenly one little girl (5-6 years old) stares at me and says "you are the most loveless person I have ever seen". It was somewhat confronting to realise when I woke up, I thought of it all day.

I recall a dream I had once, where I was in a car, in the backseat, and I could not see out the window, as in I was simply too short to do so. I may have been dreaming about being a baby/toddler. Anyway, about all I could see was the sky. And it kept changing. It progressed through being sunny, cloudy, yellow, orange, tan, and finally covered in heavy thunderous dark pink clouds. Strangely, it was at this point that I became most relaxed. Instead of being anxious about what I couldn't see, I was in wonder at the sky.
Thinking back, I'm pretty sure something like this happened to me, but I thought I was older, and we were driving down a country road between a bunch of farms.

I had a weird one either last night or yesterday, I don't quite remember. It has faded a bit now, but I remember being alone in my house with my sister (she moved out a few months ago so that's odd to begin with) and we heard the sound of the blinds on the windows (the vertical hanging kind) hitting the window. So we went into a room and saw different individual blinds randomly flicking and hitting the window. I don't quite remember what happened next but I remember the back door opened, and my sister went to close it, and heard a voice say something. We heard another bang and the window had been ripped off the hinge. It was a bit strange and spooky, poltergeist kindof feel to it with things moving on their own.
I watched Ghost Hunters a night or so ago so maybe that brought it on

Had a weird dream last night that me and a friend were at war with this Russian gang, or something

. Anyway, i dunno why we started a war with them, really weird! But they were hiding in some big church, so we broke into the church, caught them and killed most of them. Next thing i know, i am at home, congratulating my friend on killing the gang and then i go upstairs into my room, to find the last remaining gang member outside my door and he then proceeded to put some powder onto the floor, and said ''If you smell this powder, it's going to kill you!'' and the smell was pretty strong from what i remember! I just ran out of my bedroom, floated down the stairs and woke up.
Next dream i had involved my parents, selling off our cellar. It was very bizarre, it became quite popular, everyone in our street came to my house to look at the cellar, and then they went upstairs drinking wine and eating nibbles. In my dream, i was like ''What the fuck, what are all these people doing in our house?! DAD?! GET THEM OUT OF HERE!''
I have such weird dreams. I remember one time in a dream, i ended up pulling down the Winter Hill Television Transmitter, and dragging it into my kitchen!

i think dreams are weird, amazing, captivating, eye-opening. It's fascinating how our brain puts together the most various aspects in our lives and manages to mould them into a credible story.. (well at least credible for the sleeping human being

)
Since a year or so i'm writing down every dream i can remember the next morning. I could recommend it to anyone, because it's very interesting to study your own dreams. Hidden emotions, fears, repeating patterns..
A motif throughout a high percentage of my dreams is i live in a totalitarian regime. Sometimes it's communistic Russia, some other times Hitler is involved, or i'm captured by 'the Others' (from Lost, that TV series) but most of the time it's a made up situation.
I'm the only one who's not brainwashed by its ideologies. Most of the time the regime is THAT totalitarian that they can even read my mind. It may sound silly, but the atmosphere in those dreams is extremely frightening, lonely and dismal. Most of the time i try to escape on my own. A few times i was a leader of a rebelling group, but that group was always prone to leave me behind on 'le moment suprème'.
I haven't been able to, psychologically, elucidate the reason for these dreams. Any suggestions?

I just woke up from a dream which involved Charlie Brooker

don't remember any of it really though, just him running about in a white studio. Been watching too much Screenwipe!
