Really? Sorry, am I being silly or is this true?
No. That was a :wink:ie. and a feeble attempt at humour. I still think that BoC in the studio is definately, as others have said, news to take seriously. Something is coming and the gap since the last relase is so long that any activity means that it will be sooner rather than later :D

My old thread was closed due to some point-missing*, but here's some fun new hints from Joyrex:
Indeed, a four year old roast would be rather disgusting, but a record with 22 or so tracks across two CDs in a deluxe gatefold package with inserts and custom photography by PIC made over four years would be fucking fantastic.
* (the relevance was that Joyrex--a man who generally has insider knowledge of these things that had been hinted at before--was saying talking about double releases and 2010 release dates, suggesting that something was brewing soon with specific events in mind. But oh well!)

Is it known how Joyrex gets his insider info? Is he maybe tight with someone at Warp?

Yeah, it could be garbage, but it's worth making people aware of the information so they can make of it what they will.

I saw the "in the studio" update on Facebook. I did not pay much attention, frankly. I'll wait until the next album is actually released; I assumed they spend most of their time "in the studio" anyway.

I can't wait to hear what their new work is going to sound like. The jump from Geogaddi to The Campfire Headphase was brilliant; It really expanded their scope like I never imagined. I think their next work is going to be another brilliant leap forward.

Cheers to BoC, you guys are the best.

I'm sure it will be brilliant. I mean, I absolutely love every piece of music they've released so far. I think it's safe to say we have similar tastes. So I'm confident I'll love their next album too.

"Do Something" is not the correct translation as I see it. Can MDG fill us in what they mean?

לבצע משהו

carry out something, finishing something, implement something, to execute something not just "Do something" that sounds like they telling you or us to do something....its a statement on that they are executing something, thats how I interpet it, ask your local hebrew speaker :D

accomplish something

אחרית הימים = The End Of Days

(could also be translated as the millennium)

The End Of Days, The Afterworlds Days, The Last Days

אַחֲרִית הַיָמִי

Its not "Future Marine" its End Marine or finish, complete, conclude, terminate, bring to an end Marine.
