For me personally, its only happened in periods of extreme pain or stress. Also, when I'm awake but paralized, my brain tells me there is someone standing at my door but because I can't really move my head (there isn't though), then I have to wait for my body to pass out into the Lucid Dream. Always feels like sinking through the bed then pushed through a paper wall. That's how my lucid dreams begin everytime. So I have no control of it for the most part.BUT...how do you do it?

I did it!
This morning, I had a long series of lucid dreams. Some were quite bizarre! But the one I remember most was where I decided I wanted to hear some Boards Of Canada. The dream started playing Dayvan Cowboy... except I made sure there were extra parts in the song and that I could break down sections to hear different things easier. I came up with several new parts to the track that I swear to god, were so beautiful I gave myself goosebumps in my sleep! If only I could remember most of them I could try and make them...
