i got my dispatch notice friday. i have the feeling i'm getting it tomorrow. or at least, i hope. i have restrained myself from listening to any leaked tracks, i feel it's about damn time!

the dayvan cowboy promo DVD comes in little card sleeve in the same style as the 'trans canada highway' cover except 'boards of canada' is written in blue with a picture of kittenger above the clouds on it. the video is the only thing on the DVD.
the sticker is the green/yellow road thing from the cover.

I didn't want to open a new post for this... I have not yet received my copy of Trans Canada, or heard it. Someone on ebay is selling a copy of it with the DVD. It is noted "ALSO INCLUDED FREE IN THIS SALE IS A LIMITED EDITION DVD WHICH INCLUDES RARE DOCUMENTARY FOOTAGE OF THE BAND - THIS DVD IS NOT ON GENERAL RELEASE." Just wondering what everyone thinks of that; if it's complete BS or not...

I guess that us UK-based folks with orders are the last ones they will send. Presumably because it should only take a couple of days to get to us in the post. Those who live in the UK will have it much earlier than most outside the UK, at least that's what usual happens.

nothing for me either.
i emailed that guy about the docu on the dvd. he got mixed up. he knows nothing about them and just thought the description of the video on a website was a doc about them.

I'm in the UK. I ordered the CD and vinyl seperately. I just got the despatch e-mail for the CD but not the vinyl yet. Hopefully that means I'll have the CD by Thurs.

same with me. i paid by money order a month ago. i hope they dont forget about me. i emailed last week just to confirm and they said, we will be posting to you 5 days before the release date. so if i get no email tomorow, i will mail them.
