Yeah, both things are great news for music fans.
A good week all round really.

Might be a long shot but 6music just said something coming up from Warp music. Maybe worth tuning in chaps.

Kinda, although Chris Morris directed Nathan Barley and I reckon that was his influence rather than CB. Also David Mitchell professes to know nothing about modern music and it was probably down to someone else how the music was chosen for TMAWL.
I'm just thinking target market rather than presenters. It would be sweet if they mentioned it coming into or out of the break though...

Checked today's guardian just now. Couldn't find anything, although the G2 section has a cover story about keeping secrets...

CB has used their music in Screenwipe before. I agree with the target market bit, I think if it were to happen it would be on this show.

I was running late this morning and couldn't stop on my way to work to get them. (Mind you, I might as well have the amount I've time I've spent on here

)
I would have though that someone would have spotted it by now though. I checked the comments on the Guardian article from the other day and the NME also - nadda.
I also don't think print media fits the pattern. Each one has been released in an audio or audio/video format or distribution channel. I know they could print a URL but a TV advert would fit the pattern better.
Yeah I guess print doesn't quite fit the pattern. I just thought they might be go for the full spectrum of media.
Ohhh man I hope they release the last two codes today. I can't concentrate on all the work I have to do because of this haha I should seek help.

Yeah i remember Charlie Brooker actually taking the piss out of BOC by calling it "Pretentious New Age" music, I'll try to find the source for kicks.

I don't think so, they seem to be on a crappy 1&1 account:

just copied this comment from a MrGarethE on the Guardians piece about the news and it made me laugh......
Look, I know that this is all part of it. I get that. I know that the idea of releasing random codes in six - or however many - 12" records dotted across the globe is going to wow a load of their fans and that's fine. But, you know, some of us just want a new sodding album. We've found all that we can on the interweb. We have A Few Old Tunes and BoC Maxima, we've tracked down the Hell Interface stuff. We've even bought the Warp 20 compilation for the one track, which was widely touted as having been complete for about 5 years when it came out (and that's not to start on the 'which version is at the correct speed' discussion...).
Just. Release. An. Album.
Go on, you must have written something by now that you're happy with.
