We've even bought the Warp 20 compilation for the one track, which was widely touted as having been complete for about 5 years when it came out (and that's not to start on the 'which version is at the correct speed' discussion...).

Seriously, some people.... We've waited 8 years so I'd be gutted if they'd just given this a bog-standard release. Well done Warp I say, for going to all this effort with it - it's appreciated by most of us I reckon.

i agree, i absolutely love it. It's very clever and i think it shows they have paid attention to how much many BoC fans enjoy that mysterious element.

I agree with this. It's nice to see something not just released nonchalantly, while at the same time not being some overly contrived 'viral' thing where there's some soft drinks company in on it or something.

I also agree here, I mean they could just say.. "the album will be out next month on this date" then we would all just sit there twiddling our thumbs, waiting.

This thing they are doing is a breath of fresh air, fun and doesn't have any hint of cooperate bullshit to it. Its simply a fun and interesting way of building up to a new release.

Basically I'm:
-Doing my work
-Checking this forum
-Eating
-Sleeping
-Taking walks to get myself some fresh air

It's absurd

But, like someone else said, I fucking love it. I'm having so much fun. If they would have just announced an album, it would have been kind of lackluster.
