when I saw 717 my first reaction was 'that's my home phone's area code'. so i decided to start looking up each number clue as if each contained two area codes. however 628 found nothing, so i gave up, but it was certainly an interesting though. (the idea that maybe the numbers correspond to locations)

Sorry if someone has already said this, but could the cipher be something to do with the username 'magickwindowis23rds' at all?
It's a shot in the dark.

Doh! Don't know what happened to my other post, but I'm just really excited that BOC are showing signs of activity after so long! This past week has been extremely exciting and I am eagerly anticipating each cryptic clue.

has there been any development since the hidden banner clue?

Don't think so. They seem to be active near midnight or later GMT, with the exceptions being the prepared radio broadcasts. But sometimes they give us patterns just to break them, like the double numbers above..
Still a lot of fun however it shakes out!

I think I'm developing a "refresh syndrome" that peaks at night
Hope I can keep it under control

So much fun. I half expect there to be 5 more pages of excitement over a new clue whenever i come back to check Twoism.

amazing the number of "haters" coming out via twitter over all of this. I think it must just be jealousy because their timberlake, mumford and sons, lumineers, etc, etc, etc would NEVER be capable of something like this

This is correct. All 3 tracks are from the Conet Project. Anyone who wants to get a quick lesson on number stations can watch this

I sort of have it in the back of my head that the NPR "clue" might actually be the cipher. Maybe there will be 2 more clues? Interesting times ahead. I have a feeling that this thing will get wrapped up by the end of the weekend, one way or another so Pitchfork and company can have it out there on Monday morning for all the regular folks to see.
Oh wow yeah, great call! Would explain why there has been no clear intent to hint where it should be placed.
The idea behind number stations is the the key/cipher would NEVER be part of the transmission, so that it was completely safe. So if this is related to number stations, I doubt the NPR has anything to do with being the key/cipher.
True. But we're gonna need a pad to crack the code..... They will have to get us that somehow.....

There is some of that, sure, eagerness, but what I'm talking about is people that "have no interest/intention to buy..." I think all of this just reminds them of the intellectual shortcomings of their tastes

just a little thought, if the NPR number comes 1, we have 4 > 3 > 6 > 1 > 2 in order of apparition, "decrease > max. > increase" the 5th rest.
the number can be as simple as 436125
And the 'entire' code will also "decrease > max. > increase"
699742 / 628315 / 717228 / 936557 / 436125 /519225
- + + - +
-or decrease > increase > increase > decrease > increase but ... let me the doubt please-
This coincide with this pic from twoism:
http://civicnetwork.fr/boc/boc-code-04-full.jpg
as the 5th color will be
http://www.colorhexa.com/436125.png
Consider that the title is Cosecha (harvest in english) the colors are great !!!
think about that?
edit: (credit to weird-tom -?- + the color found here)
http://imageshack.us/a/img708/1029/boccode06full.jpg looks good isn't it? Récolte ce que tu sèmes ...
