Then again, there probably are six records.
This first guy was possibly some Warp dude (or a relative of someone) and all this up until now was staged?
I mean, if you're going to do a crazy thing like this, you'll definitely want to make sure that you get the ball rolling, no?

This is NOT confirmed. But there may have just been one purchased in Madrid. I'm not posting anything until there is a photo.

I think we can probably take it as read that there is none outside of the UK now, so ... yeah.

Get them and the other dude to do the following -
Take any modern smartphone.
Open the video recorder mode.
Show us the sleeve.
Take the record out of the sleeve.
Place it on the turntable.
Show us the needle dropping.
Play...
Lift the needle when it's finished.
Put back in sleeve.
10 mins work MAX.

If there are 5 of these in the UK, how is it possible that none have been found yet?

Not every BOC fan is savvy in all things internet. They could easily fall into the hands of someone who has no clue what they have and what to do with it.

Someone just hinted this (don't know if it's posted somwhere here yet):
Sounds pretty legit to me, and also the record looks the same and the grooves are at about the same spot. Also worthy of noting is the username: Nicolas Barnaud
"Nicolas Barnaud (1538–1604) was a French Protestant writer, physician and alchemist, from Crest, in Dauphiné, from which he took the name Delphinas (or Delphinus). He was a member of the Monarchomaques."
And then there is:
Which is of course "by", Atalanta Fugiens.
"Michael Maier's alchemical emblem book Atalanta fugiens was first published in Latin in 1617. It was a most amazing book as it incorporated 50 emblems with epigrams and a discourse, but extended the concept of an emblem book by incorporating 50 pieces of music the 'fugues' or canons. In this sense it was an early example of multimedia."
Hmm...

I honestly think that when (if) more 12" circulate, we're definitely going to hear about it. First of all we don't actually know that there's 6 records, there could just be six codes released in different ways. And I don't think they're waiting for people to find this stuff cuz if that were the plan it could take FOREVER to find them and there's the very real possibility that were someone to come by one of the records they wouldn't post the code or w/e. I'd say we're definitely going to hear about it when stuff starts moving more.

The fellow at Other Music said there were 6 records. Doesn't mean he's infallible but we do have at least a source for that.

Maybe there is just one record and BOC themselves will be posting others making it look like somebody "found" them and thus controlling the whole process... Just crazy idea that came to me..
