I may be wrong, but I always assumed they were called Dust Brothers not knowing the band name already existed?

no, they knew it. i think they changed their name to The Chemical Brothers after the real Dust Brothers threatened to take legal action. but i don't think they were PRETENDING to be The Dust Brothers.

i haven't even bothered with this fucking song. no sense in listening to a fake. why do people think that doing this sort of thing is a good idea anyways? it's so totally beyond me.....
