It's from an obscure BOC song with lyrics so distorted, I had to hire to FBI, MI6 and all them other agencies.

by Snufkin
Wikipedia:
Snufkin (original Swedish: Snusmumriken, Finnish: Nuuskamuikkunen) is a character in the Moomin series of books authored by Swedish-speaking Finn Tove Jansson, appearing in six of the nine books. He is the best friend of the series' protagonist, Moomintroll, and lives a nomadic lifestyle, only staying in Moominvalley in the spring and summer, but leaving for warmer climates down south every winter.
More:
Snufkin wears old green clothes and a wide brimmed hat he has had since birth. He lives in a tent, smokes a pipe and plays the harmonica. Snufkin also has a great dislike for authority figures such as the Park Keeper, and the many regulation signs and fences he erects. At one point he sabotages the Park Keeper by planting Hattifatteners in his garden, causing them to grow and drive him out. He has a great hatred for all symbols of private property, even losing his temper with the Hemulen after the latter attempts to put up a sign declaring "Moominvalley"

Lanky is my life long nick name as I am tall and well... lanky. It has evolved from lanky to lanks now which i quite like.
The doom part is a joke in a way. Some of my favourite music artists are in the drone doom realm like Sunn O))) and Eagle Twin which is like polar opposites of BOC but I love lot's of different music.
Doom was my name I gave my self at a 'Lad' themed fancy dress party My friends and I had a few years back. We all came dressed as lads and in character (A lad is a person who has the nike logo shaved in their head, writes their name all over trains and toilet walls and raps badly about life on the streets). hahahahaha. it was one of the best parties i have had. There is a photo floating around in the internet of me in the corner of a shower pretending to smoke crack from a light bulb wearing a polo shirt with a popped collar and short nike shorts. So many people thought this was the real deal haha.
Thus the birth of lankydoom.

I can't remember if I posted here before.
My name comes from an album by Michael Hedges.
My current profile pic (which will probably always stay the same, I find it too fitting to give up) is a cropped still from "It's Such a Beautiful Day" by Don Hertzfeldt. I don't know what exactly it is, so let me know if you find out. It immediately struck me as highly unsettling imagery.
My current signature ( is from an assortment. Mostly TV shows, which is funny because I hate most TV. You should recognise the one in the middle though.

lol. It's equivalent to someone from two generations previous calling you a computer wiz, or using the prefix "cyber-" unironically. Shudder.

There's so much teenage hyperbole in a lot of internet usernames (especially in hacker/gamer circles) I just found the idea of puncturing it with 'Mr' funny. (Like as if I were going "oh no, I'm not calling myself THE Messiah, it's just my surname").
And I'm not the only MrMessiah on the internet now, which is freaky to me, given that I'm damn sure I was the first. Did these people copy me or just come to the same idea?
Jesus was it you indeed.
Seriously though. Do you hang around with a ukranian/russian boy called alexi k. sometimes?
I know a jesus in surrey. It is a longshot though.
I guess I had better explain my already obvious username. It is just a combination of the names of two naturally occuring compounds. Either that or a weird irish name... Val o'tonin

I used to have a number obsession with 747. I explained it in a thread here years ago. I'm sure it was a product of my mental illnesses and the large amount of psychedelic drugs I took as a teenager. When I became interested in making art, like drawing, painting, making videos, photography, music etc. I was going to have as a project name for each something like 747Film or 747Photography etc. And for music, which was the art I fell in love with making the most, I of coarse went with 747Music. So when I joined twoism, I decided not to use my gaming handle or even my nickname at school, but my musical name. Especially because BoC were the primary reason I got so into making tunes. They inspired me the most.

Don't know if I have actually responded to this 1 before.
I really liked Portishead when I started playing Call of Duty United Offensive (also the only game I ever really played), and at first I didn't really play it seriously, so I called myself Bever Herman (Beaver Herman). After a while I got in the best clans on the patch I was on, so I needed a more serious name, which became portiss or portihz. I just kinda stuck with that, even though I haven't played a game online for 5 years or so. Can't be arsed to change it into something else.
