I watched Synecdoche, New York again last night. It was just as magical as the first time.

Also....RUBBER IS STILL ONE OF THE BEST MOVIES EVER.

Agreed with CUpz about Rubber... Quentin's a busy bee too with a new Oizo album and another film coming out!

I forgot that I had seen Mr Nice, the end of that film just made me think FUCK YEAH and roll a joint. Great feeling when films have that effect on you. Movies rule.

Yup, never seen any movie packed with so many insane camera angles in my life.
Somehow it's a very realistic movie in a very, very fucked up sort of way

Well, just looked into Rubber. Looks like the greatest thing EVER! I'll have to check it out!

Well, just looked into Rubber. Looks like the greatest thing EVER! I'll have to check it out!

Alright. Watched Rubber... and it was awesome! That's just the kind of absurdest entertainment we need more of!

I want to see a movie that has a classic dead-serious drama story, but every little normality we expect from life is oddly distorted or completely changed. For example, someone stops by a house, rings a doorbell and the person grows a beard. Or, someone watches the TV, and when you turn it on, it just melts and that's what you watch... the TV melting. All this weird shit would happen, but the movie would play out so deadpan and serious.

God, I need to direct a movie!

Rubber is certainly one of the best movies of the past couple of years. Just wanted to put that out there.

Synecdoche, New York had stuff like that, though. Plus it actually makes you cry.

Watched Synecdoche, New York. Left me even more speechless than Enter The Void. It was painful at times, very sad at times, but ultimately very powerful.

what a grim bad feel of a film but really good. fuck you david fincher for achieving that. honesty the scene her uncle pooning her in the asshole to trent reznors soundtrack - i'm sitting high as fuck watching this horrific thing thats going on and on while inner narrating a mantra of i am walking out here. i cant take this but yes watched it
went to the toilet red eyed and scared. came back sat and watched then five minutes of the total
opposite to the scene i described. it made me what to shout 'YASSS' in a gers or celtic scorring
a goal kinda way. but the scene is still grim as fuck. i hate football by the way.

anyone saw the documenatry 'knuckles'. its about irish bare knuckle fighting. genius.

synecdoche, new York i saw in the pictures too. i love charlie kaufman but i was lost inside the plot near the end. grand film though. eternal sunshine i thought was better

YES! That part where Howard Beale gets called up into the office and gets reprimanded by his boss is absolutely amazing. The world is a business. Corporations run the world, not nations.

SO FUCKING TRUE! I wish more people realized this.
