And speaking of which, any girl that I meet that says she likes Boards of Canada gets a free dinner and movie...with me. So far my searches have been unsuccessful. Actually, it gives me quite a bit of hope that I will one day find some girl out there who I can connect with, don't know any now, and that there ARE girls out there who listen to something other than a combination of Kanye West/Josh Groban/Beyonce. It's also interesting to see the dudes too, gives you an idea of what a Boccer might look like.

WELL.... I understand this sentiment but having been a music nerd for about 15 years now- and only just recently getting married- I can testify that taste in music is sort of irrelevant when it comes to women, at least with me. My fiancee is about as pop as you can get- her fav album at the moment is the new Britney Spears. It'll be funny to combine our CD collections and find John Legend and Sheryl Crow among Autechre's discography and Captain Beefheart and the like.

Of course you'll need someone who is at least tolerant of your taste in music (and you'll need to be tolerant of hers as well)- but at the end of the day I think there are more salient issues involved in choosing a mate.

I'm not taking your comment too seriously I hope.
