It wasn't BoC related, it was just a glitch/empty post on Warps account that caught BoCpages' attention.

Pretty sure it's from them. It went up 2 days before Sisters, if you bounce the 2 dates off each other (sort of like the Left Side Drive posts) you see something interesting, its all pretty symmetrical.

I didn't realize it had been posted here but with a few thousand views, I know it must have been publicly accessible before now. It reminds me of that Atalanta Fugiens video that was hanging around for a couple of years before it had any special meaning - other than people remarking on the fact that it was soundboard quality. I love that this is from the same show too - except they went with the crowd recording this time.

The video was uploaded the same day it was posted here, so it's pretty obvious the Twoism user who posted it made the video.

Mock all you want but everything Opothecary says makes too much sense to be coincidence, I believe 2017 is the year of a BoC release.

I think anyone is a little dense at this point to say that I'm inventing mountains out of molehills, it seemed like we were past that point by now. They've taken a number of deliberate actions that invoked iterations of 4 or 48 last year and 7 or 84 this year. Every step is incredibly subtle, maybe we're living in a time where anything but grand gestures are ignored or taken with a grain of salt.

I'm sure pianoforte can chime in one way or another to confirm whether he posted the video or not. If he did and it wasn't anything intentional, then they locked into it and added it to the end of their playlist because it just happened to line up nicely with what they've been doing, enough so that they decided to make one single change to their playlist to incorporate it.

Honest question, I promise I'm not taking the mickey here at all: skipping forward a little while in time, what will it take for you (or anyone else) to say "OK, this was all a coincidence, there was never anything here all along". Like, if the next thing you're expecting to happen doesn't, is that going to be the moment, or will it be "damn, this thing is even more complicated than I first thought?"

I'll go first: I believe it's all coincidence. But if they release a new album this year and it all ties up numerologically, I'll go "huh, fancy that" and start believing.

As much respect I have for Opothocary, I feel that unless his formula is one in which posting dates for future videos can be accurately predicted thus proving that there is a numerical significance, we can effectively say that there isn't anything to look for here. Numbers can be interesting like that. A seemingly random string of them can always be made to hold significance and patterns within chaos or something happening with a natural flow to them will always be found.

Yes, BoC have shown themselves to be very savvy in terms of numerical patterns. At the same 'If you are reading this, you are spending too much time on your computer. Go outside and get some fresh air' was also a mantra of theirs on one of their older websites.

If they where to release a numerical puzzle for their listeners, I don't personally believe that this is the way they would do it. Feel free to quote this in future if I am wrong and I will entitle an entire thread 'My sincerest apologies to Opothocary' but I dread to think that you are spending precious time looking into something that isn't there. We have had nice weather and the bluest of skies recently and it is something to be enjoyed.

P.S. You are a smart guy, you really are. At the very least, smarter than me when it comes to patterns and numerals. There are so many things you could be focusing that brain power of yours on right now that could take you to some pretty unexpectedly interesting places in life.
