It's a Diamond 6970.

You mean like my whole computer's specs? Mainly I've got one of these, a 3.2 ghz Phenom, 8 gigs of DDR3 RAM (I think the timings are 6-6-6-24), two 1.0 TB hard drives and Windows 7. It's a pretty mid to lower high tier system that I first built with (mostly) different parts back in 2008, been upgrading since. New GPU's being announced means it's time for me to go and upgrade to the prior series, since they go on sale pretty fast.

Nice. Those are pretty good timings for DDR3. I haven't played around with my RAM yet. Currently I have no purpose to play around with overclocking, right now that is, cuz my rig runs everything really well. Once things start to lag at all, I'll then start to overclock. I have the i7 2600k with a Coolermaster V8 cpu cooler, so overclocking to 5GHz is not unheard of. But 3.4GHz is plenty for now.

Had my old Proc. which was an Athlon II 64 X2 overclocked to around 3.6 or something. Cooling aside though, those processors (and many by AMD) don't overclock too high. With what you've got you'll be able to get up pretty high. Provided you actually want the power and are willing to pay the power bill for extended cooling and whatnot.

That's the most awesome mouse I've ever seen. If I had 99 dollars to spare I'd get one, even though I don't play games and haven't played one for 10 years :P (I assume it's aimed at gamers).

M Audio AV-30 studio monitors.
not the best, but certainly cheap, and I've got friend's setups to test stuff on too.
