Sending fan mail?

Looked around the forum for info on this but it's hard to find.
Is there a mailing address for Hexagon Sun or BoC? I would love to send them a beautiful letter expressing my gratitude for being such an important figure in my life the last 10 years or so.
Peace and rowdy blessings.

They use to have a Hexagon Sun P.O. box but iirc they had stop taking. Fan mail years ago because it was getting overwhelming

As far as I know they pulled the address offline years ago because they couldn't handle all the mail.
There is a big chance they will (or already have) read this topic.

For a long time they used the following address:
Hexagon Sun
P.O. Box 28607
Edinburgh
Scotland EH147YA
UNITED KINGDOM
Not sure if it's still valid, though.

don't care for this idea. its clear that they highly guard their privacy and if they wanted to receive fan mail they would readily post an address someplace currently. Leave the fan mail to the justin beibers and katy perrys of the world. They are aware of this site and there is a "thank you BOC" thread that could accommodate your praise

Heh, read your post wrong and thought you said Justin Bieber was aware of this site, imagine that... hehe

Oh come on this is just plain silly, this whole sending emails, fan letters, gifts to be fair is just a tad infantile and ridiculous, I'm starting to worry that BoC is getting these type of fans.

This is creepy. Leave them alone. If they want to see obsequious fans telling them how awesome they are, they'll come here.

There's always telepathy! But honestly I think they're aware that so many of us love what they do and that their music has touched us. They've talked about wanting to reach people with their music, I'm sure they know to a certain extent that it has.

I've sent mail to many musicians in the past including boc, some of which have even replied. There's absolutely nothing wrong with it. If you think taking time out of your day to write someone a letter or send them anything is ridiculous, then you're just an asshole. Sorry.
P.S. Writing letters is a lost art.

Yeah I've actually made a lot of cool friends and pen pals that way. If an artist/author/musician whatever i like has an address up I will usually send a thank you postcard or drawing or something. I don't think it's something that's just for Justin bieber fans or what have you.

Very appropriate. Also, you edited that like three times but I won't hold that against you.

Locking this before it's getting out of hand.
The board gets a slight grim character concerning stuff like this lately. Please respect another his opinion and if you don't like it, fine.. but don't get personal or call names.
