Try some online radio/music recommendation site like last.fm. You are bound to find some good music. I have an 8gb Zen Micro photo, which I thought I'd never fill up, but I am up to about 6gb now.

Played a few tunes alphabetically the other day that went amazingly well together:
Aquarius - BoC
Aquarius (v3) - BoC
Aquemini - OutKast
Are You a Hypnotist? - Flaming Lips
Are You Experienced? - Jimi Hendrix
Are You Ready? - Sly & The Family Stone
Argha Noah - Nightmares on Wax
Arise Black Man - Peter Tosh
Totally random, but made a great little soundtrack for my walk to work!

You can. I put some of the Return of the King on mine. You need encoding software though to trick the i-pod into playing them. (don't ask which- my friend did it all for me =-/
I have a 30 gig video too. 4,000 something songs and still not filled (including the whole boc catalogue

)

I DJ a bit and find surprisingly good segues and mixes all the time even when I'm really not looking for them. I suppose, sometimes I'm subconciously choosing the right things but other times I'm just going through a random pile or going for a switch of mood and happy matches are made. Other times I just make choices based on BPM (if it's that kind of mix) and am amazed at what fits and I'm not just talking about a house track witha house track or whatever.
Also, I think a lot of music comes alive when you place it in context, alot of dance floor stuff sounds flat until it's in the mix.
Having said that I never use shuffle as it annoys me too much with tracks I'm not in the mood for.

I just made a mix for someone and had My Bloody Valentine "When You Sleep" run straight into "An Eagle In Your Mind". It works quite nice with the little ambient part at the end of When You Sleep into An Eagle.

I know it ain't BoC, but two Tobin songs that segue well, Searchers and Straight Psyche. Well, most Tobin songs go well into each other.
