Gapless, FLAC R35TT on SS?

I found what appears to be a gapless .flac of R35TT on Soulseek. It's labelled as "BoC - Random Tape dat Rip." I put it on my Dropbox if anyone is interested:
SIDE A:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/pmjmvwk7hq3iv ... FLACA.flac
SIDE B:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/2ua6jystm36sk ... FLACB.flac
Also, on an unrelated note, Audiotrack B04's background sounds strikingly similar to a slowed-down version of "Wouldn't You Like to be Free?" Or maybe it's just me.

From the sound and the spectrals, it looks like someone's attempt at a remaster of the existing mp3, removing a lot of the noise and making it brighter. It lines up exactly with the mp3s that I have (the 320k ones).

Ah, okay. Cool attempt, though.

Isn't the original tape just a mash-up of old tracks from various sources anyway? That is, to say, it wouldn't be gapless in the first place.

It's a remaster from some pretty low quality mp3s. I would be interested to see what the remaster-er could do if he started off with the 320kbps rip in the first place.

As far as I am aware, someone here did a massive clean-up on the 320kbps MP3 files and published them as FLACs. Then I did some editing to make the tracks sound gapless and published the results in
this thread. I may be wrong, but I think this is the highest quality version of the cassette assembled so far, and the only way to improve that is to rip the tape again and save it directly to FLAC -- which surely would be very, very, very neat.

Which, the SS version or the one you linked?

Does someone still have these files?
