You should definitely take a break from BOC. I suggest starting with 1 week.

It's just music man. Listen to what you feel like, when you feel like it. In fact, I recommend taking breaks- I think most people have to. Some days are a jazz day, some hip-hop, some old school punk rock, some folk, a combo of things, etc, etc.

You don't eat pizza every day do you? Although, I wouldn't fault you if you did, I mean, pizza's delicious. Maybe I'll get pizza for lunch today. :)

i decided to take a break from listening to the campfire headphase. i didn't listen to that album for about one year.

the main reason i did it, is because its probably my favorite album of all time, and i really didnt want to wear it out.

i have def. wore out some of my past favorite albums. for example. tool- lateralus, and radiohead- ok computer. were among my favorite albums of all time. but i listened to them so much that i get bored by them very easily now.

i didnt want the same to happen with the campfire headphase.

I took a while off from BoC and looked up similar artists. Discovered Casino Versus Japan and Carbon Based Lifeforms. It was a good couple of weeks.

Take a break man. Sit in the shade for a bit. You don't want to get Hexagon Sunburn.
