I have always wanted an SH101.

my friend has one of these and she played a live set with it a few days back! it was cool. i really want one

they are really worth having. Not a lot of options on board but a tremendous amount of flexibility in sound considering its limits.

I love mine, and just when I think I've exhausted the sounds I can coax from it, it surprises me again with something new.

Here's mine in action (video should start at right time):

i have a grey one

one of my favorite synths of all time (especially mono)! You can get so many BoC sounds (old tunes era mostly).

i got an mc202, pretty similar, would like a 101 for the sequencer though.
great synths, add a sampler to the mix and you can do almost anything

anyone tried the LUSH 101 vst emulation to see how it compares with the real thing ?

I always liked the SH101. I remember drawing one when I was about 16 ( times were hard , and the only synth I could afford was an origame one )

Always thought it was one of the coolest , most aesthetically pleasing synths , and such ph4tn355 !!

Daaaaaaamn, after I lost my SH-101 (due to a heavy power outage I had in my neighborhood, I'm seeing everywhere people talking about this synth. It's so depressing... hahahaha

Yeah, I have this D16 VST. It's one of the best digital synths I ever use but, my only complain, is the unnecessary CPU usage. I don't know it is only here, but only one instance of this VST, puts my Ableton's CPU usage on 50~65% already. Still, it's a big synth and I love it anyway <3

I've never used the actual thing, but from what I've been told, the emulation synth by TAL is almost spot on. Of course, you can't do live tweaking and things like that (unless you automate) but it's a really neat sounding synthesizer, anyhow. I can easily get some Lone synth sounds from it in poly mode. The emulation synth anyhow. I'm sure the real thing sounds much much thicker!

TAL's Juno 60 emulation is uncannily close to a real one. I've actually copied a couple of the best presets that come with it and programmed them on my real Juno.

DAMN, REALLY? Man, I need to start using this VST too. I always wanted to have a "Juno sound" and this will be the closest thing I'll have. TAL makes some good stuff, anyway
